UTC Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing before August 13, 2008 and are subject to a 15% service charge. Written cancellation notices can be emailed to meetings@utc.org or faxed to 202.833.6819. No verbal cancellations will be accepted, this includes voicemail messages.
